The application process is easy, confidential and as fast as 15 minutes.
Payment for treatment is due at the time the services are rendered. If you have insurance, we will assist you in expediting reimbursement of your benefits by filling out the details on your insurance claims and sending them for you. Your reimbursement will come directly to you.
