This patient had been missing most of her upper teeth and some of her lower teeth since she was in her twenties. She wore removable partial dentures for 40 years. We placed implants at each tooth site for a total of 9 implants on the top and 8 on the lower. We then placed crowns and a bridge to complete her full mouth reconstruction with natural looking results.
